Turns out… it’s just tossing the wings in the sauce after they’re cooked. A deeply humbling revelation, but one that changed my entire wing game forever.

Swicy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

For the chicken:

  1. 6–8 chicken wings
  2. Moxie Swicy Seasoning (to taste — be generous)
  3. 2 tsp baking powder
  4. 2 tbsp oil (olive or neutral like sunflower / canola)

For the Buffalo Sauce:

  1. ⅓ cup hot sauce (Tabasco or similar)
    2 tbsp honey
    4 tbsp butter (margarine works, but butter brings the magic)

Instructions

  1. Cut your wings into drums and flats. (Pro move: bend at the joint to find the sweet spot.)
     
  2. Season generously with Swicy and let them sit for at least 30 minutes — 1 hour if you’re playing the long game.
     
  3. Sprinkle with baking powder and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil before cooking for extra crisp factor.
